Molly lived in Pennsylvania and began to work professionally in the teen years at Philly's Prince Music Theater. Her debut professional show included The Snow Queen. Then she was nominated as a Barrymore Award nominee for her role of Little Red Ridinghood at the Arden Theater's production Into the Woods. In 2002, she performed the role of Little Red Ridinghood in Into the Woods in Broadway aged fifteen and was awarded the Drama League Award nomination. Molly was also on Broadway in the stage revival of Fiddler on the Roof. She was a student at Princeton University as a Triangle Club Membership and earned an B.A. in Religion. She played Anne. Molly has starred in several regional productions, including The Diary of Anne Frank at Westport Country Playhouse's 2010 production.
